International Diploma at the end of the Training

According to the ICF requirements, in order to receive an international diploma at end of the training it is necessary to:

Attend 80% of the online meetings on Zoom. If you miss a class, you can visit another cohort to catch up on the subject.

Receive feedback on 5 of your coaching sessions, and if you miss any, there is always an opportunity to get that by visiting another group.

Successfully pass the final online assessment, and if you don't pass it the first time, you can take a complimentary second attempt. The third and subsequent attempts are $50 each.

The course is internationally accredited by the world's largest coaching federation, ICF. This is confirmed by the certificate and information in the ICF catalog

02. Workshop / 2 hours. Competency #1: Demonstrates Ethical Practice. Case studies on the manifestation of competency #1.

03. Workshop / 2 hours. Competency #2: Embodies a Coaching Mindset.

04. Demo session / 2 hours. An instructor conducts a coaching session with one of the students and analyzes it. Focus on the coach's mindset.

05. Workshop / 2 hours. Competency #3: Features of the introductory session with the client.

06. Demo session / 2 hours. An instructor conducts a coaching session with one of the students and analyzes it. Focus on the introductory session with the client.

07. Workshop / 2 hours. Competency #3: Contract session with the client.

08. Demo session / 2 hours. An instructor conducts a coaching session with one of the students and analyzes it. Focus on the contract session with the client.

09. Workshop / 2 hours. Competency #3: Establishes and Maintains Relationships with the client in the session. Analysis of cases on the manifestation of competency #3.

10. Workshop / 2 hours. Speed dating on competency #3. Quick, short pairs between students with a breakdown and support from the trainer.

11. Online test / 1 hour. A knowledge assessment on the module as a whole and on competencies #1, #2 and #3. Passing the test helps to structure the obtained knowledge more effectively when solving test cases and formulating answers to questions.

18. Workshop / 2 hours. Competency #7: Ewokes Awareness. Focus on powerful questions. Case studies on the manifestation of competency #7.

19. Observed coaching sessions in a general group / 2 hours. One of the students plays the role of the coach and the other plays the role of the client. Then there is a discussion of the session.

25. Workshop / 2 hours. Competency #8: Cultivates Growth and Learning. Focus on the client taking action outside of the coaching session.

26. Observed Coaching Sessions with an ACC Coach-Observer / 2 hours. Each student acts as a coach and receives a developmental live feedback at ZOOM from an ACC ICF (Associate Certified Coach) coach-observer.

27. Workshop / 2 hours. Competency #8: Cultivates Growth and Learning. Focus on development and the client taking responsibility for implementing actions.

28. Observed Coaching Sessions with an ACC Coach-Observer / 2 hours. Each student acts as a coach and receives a developmental live feedback at ZOOM from an ACC ICF (Associate Certified Coach) coach-observer.

29. Observed coaching sessions in a general group / 2 hours. One of the students plays the role of the coach and the other plays the role of the client. Then there is a discussion of the session.

30. Observed Coaching Sessions with an ACC Coach-Observer / 2 hours. Each student acts as a coach and receives a developmental live feedback at ZOOM from an ACC ICF (Associate Certified Coach) coach-observer.

31. Online test / 1 hour. A knowledge assessment on the module as a whole and on competency #8. Passing the test helps to structure the obtained knowledge more effectively when solving test cases and formulating answers to questions.

32. Observed Coaching Sessions with an ACC Coach-Observer / 2 hours. Each student acts as a coach and receives a developmental live feedback at ZOOM from an ACC ICF (Associate Certified Coach) coach-observer.

33. Online general test and final meeting / 2 hours. Take the online general test in one hour online, and an online graduation celebration!

Why is our course without Neuro-Linguistic
Programming (NLP)?

No one programs anyone in coaching

There is neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), i.e. programming the nervous system or brain with words, and there is coaching.

NLP is not being taught at the USA or EU Universities

We did not find any NLP training programs within public or large private Universities in the United States or Western Europe. But we did find 46 coaching training programs.

NLP tools consider evaluation

An NLP practitioner, after evaluating a client's request, identifies the NLP tool at his/her own discretion. For example - the "balance wheel”. Coaching, on the other hand, is about a judgement-free environment.

client in the direction chosen by the NLP practitioner.

Full compliance with the version of the course that actually passed the ACSTH accreditation level and meets ICF requirements (see the original here), namely:

80% of the training hours are real-time and about ICF competencies. Our program is 98% about competencies and no NLP tools (life balance wheel, pyramid, etc.)

Five coaching sessions supervised by an ACC or PCC level coach are required for each student, with three in writing and possibly two verbally. In our schedule this is provided in the third module.
