Who we are

This website and the COACHING.UP University platform are operated by UPGRADE PEOPLE CORP., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA (File Number 10154891). For any question about your personal data — to see it, correct it, export it or ask us to delete it — write to admin@up.university.

Website analytics

When analytics is allowed, our website records: the pages you open, the site that referred you, campaign (UTM) tags in the link, the site language, your device type (desktop, mobile, tablet) and your country as reported by our hosting network. A random browser identifier is stored in a first-party cookie and local storage to recognise repeat visits. We also record scroll thresholds, significant button and link clicks, schedule expansions and supported video starts, but not form contents, passwords or screen recordings. We do not store your IP address and we do not share this data with advertising platforms.

Purpose: measuring which pages and campaigns bring visitors and students. Recipient: UPGRADE PEOPLE CORP. only.

Consent

Visitors from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first; analytics stays off until you accept. Elsewhere analytics is on by default and you can switch it off at any time. Your choice and its date are stored in your browser.

Telegram and contacts

If you write to our Telegram bot, we store your Telegram name, username and messages to answer you. If you opened the bot from our website with analytics allowed, the bot link carries a temporary one-time reference. After you start the bot, your earlier website activity can be linked to your contact record to understand your enquiry. This does not grant permission to send marketing messages.

Retention and withdrawal

New detailed website events are retained for 90 days by default, with a configurable retention period. Earlier page-view analytics and communication records have separate retention. Refusing analytics stops future collection and clears browser identifiers; it does not automatically erase previously stored history. You can request deletion through the contact below.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to admin@up.university or through any of our contact channels. We answer within 30 days.
